i have often battled with anxiety and today its driving me nuts, i am struggling to get organised for mum and dads arrival, i am feeling a bit panicky about it all, and just about paralysed into doing nothing....
I hate this feeling and find it quite difficult to over come.... any hints would be good... i am trying to think it through rationally and have got some of it done but its not easy.

You could try writing down everything that needs doing, get it out of your head and onto a piece of paper. Even go as far as putting tick boxes next to items so you can tick them when complete! :-)
If possible, do something fairly energetic (run, walk swiftly?), get the blood flowing around your body, get plenty of fresh air into your lungs, clear your mind out a bit.

thanks E... i wrote a list last night and have been crossing it off today.
I also had a bit of a boogie with Linnea and Orion which helped.
Mum and Dad are here which is really cool, and we pick up Papa this afternoon.
